Hey – great that you’re interested in our holiday home near Luino, the lively small town famous for hosting the best-known weekly market on Lake Maggiore. We are Roby & Prisca, your hosts, and we truly love this magical place.
The holiday village Villaggio Olandese, perched above Lake Maggiore, was built in the 1960s by Dutch investors and features its characteristic A-frame houses, set right in the middle of a protected natural area. The resort was originally developed by the municipality of Brezzo di Bedero to promote gentle tourism – a project that would hardly be imaginable today.
It is precisely this history, the distinctive architecture and the harmonious integration into the surrounding nature that give the holiday village its unique charm. Plants, trees and the peaceful atmosphere create a truly magical setting.

Our little oasis of well-being, nestled among palms and trees above Lake Maggiore, invites you to relax and unwind. Here, those seeking peace and quiet feel just as at home as families and active holidaymakers.
The private outdoor area with seating, a cosy lounge under the pergola, a barbecue area and a refreshing outdoor shower offers plenty of space for relaxing moments outdoors – all with a beautiful view over Lake Maggiore.
For those who enjoy being active, the shared facilities include a swimming pool, children’s pool, mini golf, tennis, table tennis and boccia. And for food lovers, Ristorante La Canonica, located in the heart of the resort, serves delicious Italian cuisine.
So everyone can find something to suit their taste – from peaceful moments of relaxation to a wide range of activities for both young and old.

The house is furnished with love and great attention to detail – high-quality yet practical. The equipment leaves little to be desired: dishwasher, washing machine and a refrigerator with freezer compartment – perfect for keeping a gelato ready on warm days.
The inviting living room with a comfortable corner sofa, many windows and a ceiling fan creates a bright, airy and modern atmosphere. A special eye-catcher is the closable wooden slat wall, which adds structure to the room and stylishly complements the open living concept.
